Please note that all stays at Lombard House Hotel are offered on a room only basis. However, there are many excellent cafés, restaurants and breakfast venues located within easy walking distance of the guest house in Penzance town centre.

Free Parking & Ultrafast Wi-Fi

Complimentary private parking and free unlimited ultrafast Wi-Fi are included for the duration of your stay.

Parking is based on one vehicle per room. Additional vehicle parking may be available subject to availability and additional charges.

We also offer long-stay parking for guests travelling to the Isles of Scilly. Long-stay and additional vehicle parking spaces are limited and should be reserved in advance.

Additional vehicle and Isles of Scilly parking: £7.00 per day

Automatic hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the property for guest convenience.

Reservations & Payments

A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically processed 14 days prior to arrival.

For reservations covering multiple dates, separate non-transferable deposits may be taken for each individual stay.

During certain periods, minimum stay requirements of two nights or more may apply.

If you cancel your reservation before the final balance becomes due (14 days prior to arrival), no further payment will be taken. Cancellations or amendments made within 14 days of arrival may result in the remaining balance becoming payable if the room cannot be re-let.

We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or travel disruption.

Security & Guest Information

For the safety and security of guests, motion-detection CCTV operates at the front and rear of the property, as well as within the main reception area.

Management cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during your stay.

Lombard House Hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy throughout the building.

Guests booking through third-party booking platforms or travel agents should note that separate cancellation terms and booking conditions may apply.
